QRoc Services was founded  by Albie Roca out of a passion for public service and a commitment to helping individuals, families, and businesses handle important documents with confidence. 

 As an independently commissioned Florida Notary Public with over 25 years of experience, I personally handle each appointment from start to finish. With a strong background in mortgage, title, and real estate transactions, I provide professional, reliable, and detail-oriented service you can trust. 

 I am proudly bilingual in English and Spanish and serve my community with integrity, offering convenient in-person and Remote Online Notarization (RON) services.
