Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at albie@qrocservices.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

A notary public is an official appointed by the state government to witness and certify the signing of legal documents.

I can notarize a variety of documents, including affidavits, power of attorney, wills, deeds, and more!

You will need to provide a government-issued unexpired photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, to be notarized. We can also accept a valid, unexpired Driver's License from Mexico or Canada, or a valid, unexpired foreign passport.

No worries! Florida permits the use of two credible identifying witnesses who aren’t known by the Notary personally but do know the signer (must be unrelated) and present proof of their own ID (such as a driver’s license).  Don't have two witnesses, a valid, unexpired US or Foreign Passport can also be used!

Remote Online Notarization allows you to have your document notarized online using a secure video meeting. You do not need to meet the notary in person.

How it works:

  1. Send your document – Email the document that needs to be notarized to the notary.
  2. Schedule your appointment – We will set a convenient time for your online notarization session.
  3. Verify your identity – At the start of the session, you will show a valid government-issued photo ID and answer a few security questions.
  4. Join the video session – You will meet with the notary through a secure online video platform using your phone, tablet, or computer.
  5. Sign electronically – During the session, you will electronically sign the document while the notary watches.
  6. Notary completes the notarization – The notary will apply their electronic seal and signature.
  7. Receive your notarized document –You will receive the completed notarized document by email.

What you need:

  • A valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
  • A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet
  • Find a quiet, well-lit space for the video session so the notary can see and hear you
  • The document ready but do not sign it before the session

The entire process usually takes about 10–15 minutes.
